If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to give us the required notice, you will be considered a "no-show." ​In the case of a "no-show," we reserve the right to charge you the full price of the service that was missed. This charge must be paid in full before you can book any future appointments with us. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in these cases, we may make an exception to this policy at our discretion. We also ask that you provide us with a valid phone number and email address when booking your appointment. This allows us to contact you in case of any changes or cancellations to your appointment.
