  • Same Day Appointments: if you book an appointment on the same day please note that this consistutes a binding commitment to your appointment. in the event of a last minute cancellation,rescheduling or failure to show up for your same -day appointment ,you will be required to pay the full amount of the scheduled service.

  • Deposits: For certain services or peak times, we may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made within the specified notice period.
